Your Role with us
- Strategic Sales Planning: Utilize Target Account-Based Selling and Challenger Sale methodologies to craft strategic sales plans, identifying and engaging key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, using a consultative approach to align Temedica’s solutions with clients’ needs.
- Achieving Revenue Goals: Drive revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure a deep understanding of clients' objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, providing regular updates on sales activity and market feedback to guide strategy and product development.
What you bring to the table
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, digital health products, and consulting services. If the candidate does not have direct experience with digital health solutions, they should have significant experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to pharmaceutical clients.
- Sales Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in Target Account-Based Selling and Challenger Sale methodologies, demonstrating the ability to execute structured sales processes effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's product development, regulatory environment, and the full commercial drug life cycle.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
Skills:
- Consultative Selling: Ability to adopt a consultative approach to identify client challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Proven expertise in establishing long-term, value-driven relationships with clients.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of SaaS products and digital health solutions, articulating their value to clients effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated drive to meet or exceed sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Industry Network: Established connections within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving client needs.
- Digital Health Experience: Prior experience in selling digital health solutions or, alternatively, strong experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to pharmaceutical companies.
