For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet, we are looking for a

Security Manager (m / f / d) in fulltime

This role is focused on delivering all security requirements at our Pandora Distribution Centre in Hamburg. You will work closely with the Management team, Facility Manager, and colleagues from the Global Security team, carrying out key security as well as health and safety initiatives. A key output will be to identify risks and implement a baseline framework to support the physical security needs of our colleagues and premises. You will also be expected to raise awareness throughout the DC and embed a strong control environment focusing on compliance to drive security improvements.

Implement initiatives and projects within the Security Strategy in alignment with the Global Security Team.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Day-to-day security topics at our Distribution Center, especially occupational health and safety.
2. Collaboration and alignment with our external security company and guards.
3. Design and implement a suite of standards, policies, and procedures to protect colleagues, assets, premises, and supply chain.
4. Identify non-compliant behaviour and take appropriate discussions and actions.
5. Be a key contact and support in the event of an incident and support disaster recovery efforts.
6. Keep informed on industry best practices and benchmarks, highlighting areas of new risks and any initiatives to ensure Pandora remains protected.
7. Assess physical security posture as well as health and safety setup and develop strategy to introduce improvements focused where most needed.

Background in security, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.

Ideally, Physical Security or Loss Prevention experience within the retail sector.

Strong interpersonal skills and experienced in stakeholder management.

Good understanding of security standards such as SBD.

Highly analytical and able to provide detailed, clear, and concise reports.

Flexible and capable of working under pressure, prioritising tasks with competing deadlines to optimise business results.
