Scrum Master (m/w/d)

Tasks:

1. Independent definition and binding clarification of roles, tasks, competencies and responsibilities of project members in a matrix organization (line/projects/products)
2. Independent initialization and implementation of agile practices and principles, taking into account agile values and supporting the teams in learning and applying them
3. Management of Scrum events, including planning, sprints, dailies, sprint reviews and final retrospective
4. Project-related responsibility for the topic of agility, principles, ceremonies and roles
5. Training methods and content (Agile, Scrum, etc.) via various learning channels in workshops, lectures or as on-the-job training
6. Ensuring and managing the agile approach in the project teams, helping to build an agile mindset in the company
7. Supporting the product owner team in creating and prioritizing the project/product line plan, stage plans and backlog management
8. Responsible contact person for all questions regarding the project status and obstacles
9. Responsibility for monitoring and controlling sprint progress and defining measures in the event of deviations
10. Responsibility for optimal project transparency and communication with the project planners and all stakeholders involved

Requirements:

1. Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
2. Good knowledge of product development and the project management process
3. Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
4. Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Experience in hybrid/agile project management, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner
6. High IT affinity and sound knowledge in the field of product development
7. Know-how of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or Less
8. Several years of experience in the practical application of agile approaches (SCRUM, KANBAN)
9. Certification as Scrum Master
