ANDRITZ Fiedler GmbH is part of the Pulp & Paper sector and primarily manufactures technical wear products for plants in paper and food production, such as screen baskets and rotors, as well as protective screens.

Screening-Global Product Manager UTurn Rotor & Screen Rebuilds (m/w/d)

Job Description:

• Responsibility for the product design, manufacturing and competitiveness for the new product line “UTurn rotor” as well as bearing units for pressure screens in general.
• Project execution from sales hand over to project delivery.
• Managing profitability of individual products based on actual COGS levels and market pricing.
• Responsibility to develop a competitive product portfolio incl. scope, performance, price, standardization and life cycle roadmap.
• Developing USP’s (unique selling proposition) and value proposition for every product development.
• Develop cost effective supplier network and ensure global spare parts availability.
• Best-practice sharing internally and externally.
• Interaction with our global organization.
• Provide product training for the region sales organizations to meet target volumes.
• Reports directly to the Head of Global Product Home.

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or similar technical background required.
• Good CAD skills in 2 and 3D (AutoCAD, preferably Inventor).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good MS Office skills: SAP skills are an advantage.
• Languages: English (must have), German (good to have).
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the working time according to business needs.
