While you are not assigned to a contract or hired for a full-time opportunity, you can choose to learn online and do paid passion projects to grow your skills. You will get paid $40 per skill you learn and project you do. Doing these passion projects will also help you get more and better matches.

We are an organization that brings people in the world together in the context of film festivals, allowing expertly curated films to be co-viewed and discussed with the creator or other viewers. We are looking to do design work and later AI/ML matching automation work.
