As a SAP S4 service consultant, you will be responsible for our service processes in S4 (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, …).
You will actively contribute to our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S4 / HANA and support the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape.
In your role, you are the central IT contact person for our business groups in the S4 service area (Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, …).
You will work closely with the business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area for our ongoing SAP S4 / HANA implementation.
You will coordinate the implementation with the relevant parties.
You are familiar with SAP customizing.
You will be in close coordination and collaboration with our internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment.
You will also work on the integration of our S4 service processes such as logistics, controlling, billing, and CRM integration.
Your Profile
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar subject area.
You have profound knowledge of service processes like service execution, inhouse repair, or returns management.
You have experience in the implementation and customization of service processes in SAP.
You speak English fluently.
You have a strong ability to work in international and cross-functional teams, paired with a consulting orientation and good communication skills.
Knowledge in related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement, or CRM (SAP / Salesforce) is a plus.
