We operate in an international setting with 17,000 employees at the group and cover modern service assignments in the area of research and development, IT, engineering, HR, purchasing, logistics or finance, for the Menarini Group. As part of our in-house PMO, you will support the critical SAP S/4HANA transformation project within our production and manufacturing area and experience how your project results impact the daily work of your colleagues. This position is limited to 5 years.

These tasks inspire you:

1. Support the PMO in establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, specifically related to SAP implementations.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust project governance framework, ensuring consistent project execution and reporting.
3. Support IT project managers in executing SAP projects for relevant areas/modules, providing guidance, mentorship, and access to PMO resources.
4. Monitor and track the progress of SAP projects, reporting on key metrics (KPIs), risks, and issues to the PMO leadership.
5. Support the PMO in conducting project audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices.
7. Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness across the project portfolio.

What sets you apart:

1. Studies in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field.
2. Minimum of two years of professional experience within a PMO environment, with a focus on SAP implementations.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and their practical application within a PMO context.
4. Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks within a PMO.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address project challenges while keeping track of priorities.
6. Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Business fluent English proficiency; German is desirable.
