Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Consultant/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HANA modeling, development, and administration, with a strong understanding of data processing, analytics, and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires proficiency in building and optimizing HANA models, designing data pipelines, and ensuring the efficient operation of SAP HANA environments to meet business objectives.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP HANA data modeling (Attribute, Analytic, Calculation Views) and SQL programming.
• Proficiency with SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE and SAP HANA administration tasks.
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., SAP SDI, SDA) and SAP BW/S/4HANA integration.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in HANA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize HANA data models, including Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views, and SQL-based procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP HANA models and data flows.
• Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization within SAP HANA models.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, including backup, recovery, and system performance monitoring.
• Perform database tuning, indexing, partitioning, and data load optimization to ensure high system performance and reliability.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security policies in SAP HANA.
• Integrate SAP HANA with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BW) and third-party data sources to enable seamless data flow.
• Implement real-time data replication and data streaming solutions as required.
• Create and manage reporting views and data pipelines to enable real-time and historical reporting.
• Work with front-end teams to support reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau) for data visualization.
• Provide training to end-users and team members on using SAP HANA effectively.
