SAP- German Payroll Consultant

Darwin are currently recruiting for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant (German-speaking) to start immediately for a leading Consulting client. This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence required in Germany – so only candidates fluent in German will be considered for this position. The project is expected to run until the end of the year, with potential for extension.

Job Title: SAP Payroll Consultant (Germany)

Experience required:

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM/Payroll
2. Strong understanding of German Payroll schemas, rules, and statutory requirements
3. Experience running workshops and stakeholder meetings
4. Previous full-cycle implementation and support project experience
5. Ability to collaborate with both client-side teams and offshore resources
6. Fluent German language skills (mandatory), with strong English communication

Location: Germany (Hybrid – approx. 2-3 days on-site per week)

Contract Length: 8 months + possible extension

Rate: €€€ – Very competitive, based on experience

Start Date: ASAP
