Salesforce Developer (m/f/x)

Your Mission

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers
Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and other technologies
Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform
Manage Salesforce releases and deployments
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills
Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained across the team
Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technology and trends
Manage project timelines and budgets

Your profile

Development experience of 5+ years in Salesforce using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API
Experience in building Lightning Web Components and working with Javascript to create and customize visual interfaces in Salesforce
Experience in customizing managed packages installed in Salesforce through configuration and code
Strong in programming fundamentals, and following best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce code
Expert at creating custom objects and relationships in Salesforce, implementing Flows, and enforcing security settings through Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
Ability to communicate with the tech team, product team and business stakeholders in English
Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
Sitetracker experience is a strong plus
Experience in tools such as IntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, Workbench is a plus
Experience in practicing Scrum framework, and efficient project management with Jira is a plus
