Your Mission

• Responsible for developing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Collaborating with different Salesforce Stakeholders to gather and analyze information
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
• Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Your essential experience and education

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach
• Strong problem understanding, analytical and communication skills
• Experience as a Salesforce developer, including a good understanding of the Salesforce Platform, its architecture, and limitations
• Proficient decision-making ability, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches

Beneficial Skills

• Platform Developer-1 Certification
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP integrations
• English speaker, German is a plus
