Deine Aufgaben

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data management, and process automation to ensure seamless operations within our organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and enhance Salesforce functionality.

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.

  • Customization & Configuration: Create and modify objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other Salesforce features.

  • User Support & Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training to improve adoption.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, perform deduplication, and manage imports/exports using tools like Data Loader.

  • Automation & Process Optimization: Implement automation solutions such as Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes.

  • Reports & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.

  • System Upgrades & Integrations: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, test new features, and integrate third-party applications when needed. Manage third-party integrations and ensure stability.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure system security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Improvements: Implement your own ideas on process improvements.

Dein Profil

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, coming from a B2B SaaS background preferred. Ideally in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and data management.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for user training and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Ability to structure and prioritize individually.

  • Self-Motivation & Learning: Capability and willingness to learn and develop solutions independently.

  • Language: B2 level understanding in German, as a big part of our system is currently set up in German.
