You are responsible for the further development and operation of the Salesforce Sales Cloud (User Management, Automations, API Integrations, Lightning Pages, etc.) and related technical infrastructure that enables the company's continued growth.
You are part of the tech team and work directly with the CTO.
You will work directly with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand their IT requirements and gain insight into all areas of the business.
Experience as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar.
Experience in administrating related IT-Systems (e.g. Webhosting, Database administration, Call Center, etc.).
Experience in IT project management (e.g. ITSM or agile methodologies).
Quick comprehension and ability to plan and organize your work.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and can-do mentality.
An analytical and structured style of work.
Team player.
Good English language skills (German language skills are nice to have).
Nice to Have: Experience with some of those tools, Low-Code Tools (e.g. Zapier or Make.com), Web-Development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
