You order demo units and other samples through NetSuite.
You organize meetings and conferences, including travel management.
You support new-joiners in all organizational aspects during onboarding and beyond.
You act as the local contact in the Ludwigsburg office for remote-sales people, handling anything to arrange in HQ.
You manage the marketing inventory and central brochure pool for Europe in all languages.
You take responsibility for the central sales-inbox and organize weekly sales meetings, including meeting minutes.

You have experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, with experience in Salesforce and NetSuite being an advantage.
You have excellent German and English skills, both oral and written.
