Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to oversee the sales of water testing solutions across Germany. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales efforts and provide expert guidance on water analysis products throughout Germany.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer networks.
3. Achieve sales goals and revenue targets by executing well-thought-out strategies and building long-lasting connections.
4. Provide on-site product training, technical assistance, and conduct demonstrations for clients.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing campaigns.
6. Bring a creative, proactive approach to sales while executing plans with precision and efficiency.
7. Travel frequently (approx. 80%) to engage with clients and drive business growth across the region.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven success in sales, ideally in fields related to life sciences (biology, chemistry, engineering, or physics).
2. Experience with water testing or microbiology is highly preferred.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a sales role with a successful track record.
4. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a demonstrated ability to present and negotiate effectively.
5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, and a self-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
6. Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a team.
7. Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.
