The Sales Specialist Cell Health & Centrifugation - South East Germany (d/f/m) is responsible for meeting sales targets and executing the sales strategy within the assigned territory.

This position is part of the Cell Health & Centrifugation Sales Team Germany located in Bavaria and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Drive sales for cell health & centrifugation products in your designated territory.
2. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and workflow requirements in biopharma and life science research.
3. Collaborate with industry experts to develop customized solutions for clients.
4. Define and implement effective sales strategies involving multiple decision-makers.
5. Conduct sales negotiations to achieve budget targets set by management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science field.
2. Team-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
3. Proactive, open, and direct with a high level of commitment.
4. IT agile: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SalesForce is a plus.
5. Fluent in German and English.
6. Ability to travel approximately 50% within the territory (Nuremberg, Munich, Regensburg, etc.).
7. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with a product portfolio of Capital Equipment is ideal.
