Your profile

Your Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will serve as the central interface between sales, customers, and internal teams. You will ensure the seamless execution of won projects and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the Head of Sales with strategic customer management, process optimization, and operational sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of customer projects, aligning with internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  2. Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships, follow up proactively, and turn feedback into opportunities.
  3. Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations, improve workflows, and implement new tools for efficiency.
  4. Sales Support: Assist in planning key customer meetings, preparing reports, and identifying market opportunities.

You have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or project management, ideally in the automotive or energy sector.
  3. Experience with complex B2B sales processes and technical understanding of battery storage, second-life usage, or recycling is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  5. Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  6. Independent, structured work style with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Knowledge of SEMrush.
  2. Experience in Green Tech startups, IoT, or Energy.
  3. Technical understanding of battery systems or energy storage solutions.
  4. Strong interest in Automotive, Electric Vehicles, or Renewable Energy.
