About the Role and the Team

Securing new and profitable customers for Adform - targeting accounts (Either Advertisers, Independent Agencies or Publishers), able to quickly build confidence in pitching Retail Media Solutions with support preferably fueled by an existing grasp of what Retail Media is and how they work. Would get support from a sales director on larger opportunities.

  • Prospect & convert leads: attend industry events, network and identify opportunities
  • Plan & execute sales strategy to build pipeline, win new customers to meet targets
  • Manage opportunities and map stakeholders pre-Onboarding
  • Translate client needs into Adform products; negotiate win/win value for both Adform & customer
  • Gather Competitor Intelligence to show Adform USPs creating valuable difference

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience within sales position in selling media or advertising technology
  • Strong Financial Acumen; - Experienced Salesforce user, maintaining diligent records (or equivalent opportunity management tool)
  • Competent in using excel and working with numbers - Developing Sales skills - requires regular, sometimes daily coaching on deals
  • Patient and willing to work within a complex sales cycle
  • Experienced in collaborating with people from other cultures and nationalities to solve challenges
