Your Responsibilities

As Sales Executive Nordics you will lead the definition and execution of our regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets for the Nordics region. You will foster a culture of success as a new business hunter and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and Net New logos.   • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, focusing on customer acquisition in the Nordic region
  • Identify new market opportunities and self generate opportunities alongside BD and Marketing activity
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Implementation teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), including pipeline development, sales cycle length, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to position the company as a leader in the EPM space
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Provide regular forecasts, sales reports, and market insights to the executive team
The role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany, Sweden or Denmark.


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a net new sales role in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, strongly growing environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a focus of new business – you are a hunter!
  • Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
  • Native Swedish and/or Danish and fluent English skills - Finnish would also be possible
