Sales Engineer Central Area

The Field Sales Engineer will have the responsibility to develop our sensor and automation components business in the central area.
Main Activities:
- Active search for potential customers in the defined market segments.
- Acquisition of new prospects through phone, visits, and exhibition contacts.
- Building of a network within the aimed market segments.
- Management of sales funnel and systematic follow-up.
- Fast growth of sales (> 250 k€ within first 12 months).
- Regular reports to management.
- Development of new accounts to increase market share.
- Increase awareness, interest, and preference for our product portfolio at existing and new customers and with decision makers.
- Present information about new products to decision makers.
- Maximize target penetration, geographic coverage, and financial returns by measuring sales partners' performance.
- Provide general technical advice.
- Keep records and compile reports on all phases of activities regarding customer interaction.
- Provide constant feedback and maintain ongoing opportunities on CRM.
- KPI’s: Quantity and quality of generated leads, turnover and margin growth of the targeted customer segments and product lines, customer satisfaction.
Technical Competencies:
- Conducting a commercial negotiation and programming the commercial offer.
- Experience in promotion and sales activity.
- Good knowledge in sensors and automation components.
- Ability to build good commercial relations with different kinds of customers (small, medium, large accounts).
- IT skills: MS-Office, standard software, preferably SAP and CRM (SalesForce).
