Job Description:
They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join the team. As the sole contributor responsible for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base. Your primary focus will be on hunting sales opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets within Europe.
- Identify and engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers to drive new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company's solutions.
- Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully hunting sales within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers.
- Extensive experience selling solutions or services in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.
- Strong network and relationships with Broadcast Media Service Providers in Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
