Sales Director DACH for Truking Europe (m/w/d)

Romaco is a leading global supplier of processing and packaging technology for pharmaceutical solids such as powders, granules, tablets and capsules. Around 270 employees work at the Karlsruhe site. Here we develop, manufacture, assemble and market highly automated production and packaging systems.

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Sales Director DACH for Truking Europe (m/f/d).

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical studies
• Experience in sales of technical products
• Leadership experience
• IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English and German

Your tasks

• Develop and lead a team of professionals for the market development of Truking products and services in respective territories
• Suggest and organize participation of relevant exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other promotional activities
• Responsible for the sales and market promotion of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment
• Responsible for the control of the whole sales life cycle
• Participate in relevant international exhibitions and seminars, obtain market information, and work with the sales team to formulate sales and marketing strategies
