SALES DIRECTOR FOR THE GERMAN SUBSIDIARY

Responsibility
Definition, in coordination with the Group CEO, of medium-term objectives and preparation of the annual and multi-year business plan:
- Implementation of the commercial growth plan;
- Identification of new commercial and business development opportunities;
- Managing commercial relations with customers and business partners;
- Monitoring existing accounts.
Definition of marketing strategy:
- Market and competition analysis;
- Enhancement of the company's image and brand awareness in the market.
Requisiti:
Requirements
- Open-minded and flexible mentality and excellent interpersonal skills enabling him/her to move at best within a changing organisation.
- Ability to work in a team, making the most of the skills already present in the company.
- Ability and experience to foster and direct the company's growth also at international level.
- Experience as BU Director / Sales Director of medium-large companies operating in the BtoB sector, both nationally and internationally.
- Knowledge of the dynamics of an industrial business, in particular of components for the machinery, energy and power or transportation sectors.
- Preferably knowledge of the ‘special fastener’ sector.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Degree in technical-economic subjects.
