As a Sales Development Representative (d/f/m), you play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do - Ignite Positive Momentum: You are characterized by active, confident and friendly communication, which makes it easy for you to approach potential customers.
- Deliver Exceptional Results: You research and identify new customers in the public and non-profit sector as well as education & research, develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation and implement them.
- Elevate One Another: You like being part of a motivated and ambitious team, enjoy achieving goals together with colleagues in Sales Development and Account Executives & sharing best practices!
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in sales and/or in the public sector/non-profit sector (e.g. internships or working student in sales, public sector consulting, etc.).
- Career changers welcome! For example, students from the fields of political science, sociology or administrative science etc.
- You are enthusiastic about software products.
- You are an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently and always acts proactively.
- You have strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level).
