We can offer you the following tasks:
Detailed tasks specification:
- Responsible for processing of spare parts enquiries in System which includes floating enquiries to suppliers, preparing offers to customers, and creating purchase orders to suppliers in SBO (SAP Business One).
- Processes service related spare parts orders & engine components in SBO (SAP Business One).
- Preparation of sales quotations for workshop onboard service and spare parts in SBO (SAP Business One) by adhering to all MAN compliance guidelines.
- Follow ups and coordinates with logistics department and suppliers for timely delivery of spare parts and engine components.
- Coordinates with MAN ES Product HQs / Vendors.
- Analyzes sales activities and customers' enquiries and prepares reports periodically.
- Ensures timely and accurate preparation of quotations.
- Follow ups with freight companies.
- Controls delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with MAN ES Product HQs.
- Maintains accurate records of all transactions.
- Handles miscellaneous queries / complaints from customers.
- Aim to increase efficiency in quote process, increase order intake, and increase hit rate.
- Timely reporting and upkeep of documentation and processes as per company policy.
- To ensure steps are taken constantly to improve the internal processes quality and meet the sales KPIs.
- To ensure minimum errors in processing and ensure the number of wrong deliveries, late deliveries, and client disputes are controlled/ minimized.
- To support the sales team and departments in meeting the company sales targets.
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Engine knowledge.
- Commercial flair.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP Business One.
- Proficient in CRM / PrimeShop/Myplace Usage.
- Experience in Spare Parts Sales.
