We're looking for a Sales Business Analyst (d/f/m) to help shape the future of the automotive industry.

You’ll drive key business decisions by providing both quantitative and qualitative analysis. You’ll stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving industry and collaborate across multiple teams to influence strategic outcomes.

You will report to the Sales Director, mobile,de. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimization potential. Create dashboards and reports to track sales performance and monitor KPIs. Support the sales team by providing actionable insights and ad-hoc analyses.

  • SQL & Dashboard Expertise: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and process data efficiently. Build dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms to present insights in a clear and impactful way.

  • Support Sales with Insights: Develop data-driven sales stories and materials, such as tailored reports and sales pitches, to help the sales team communicate value to clients. Analyze customer segments and product performance to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Customer & Market Analysis: Summarize customer data and market insights into concise reports that help the sales team position effectively and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work with our sales and cross-functional teams to align on opportunities, share insights, and provide data-driven solutions to business challenges.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in data-driven roles, with a focus on market analysis, dashboard creation, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries, with hands-on experience working with large datasets.

  • Experienced in using at least one advanced dashboarding tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling data visualizations.

  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus.

  • You are (business) fluent in both German (min. B2/C1) and English.
