A well-known Japanese trading house is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to work in their Düsseldorf office.
In this role, you will be responsible for general order processing for import/export operations and arrangements with logistics companies.
The ideal candidate should have experience in import/export back-office work and strong Excel skills.

Core hours (when at home)
- 9:30 AM to 3:45 PM (Monday to Thursday)
- 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Friday)

Core hours (when in the office)
- 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Work can start after 7:15 AM
SALARY: €35k - €40k depending on experience

Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:
● General order processing for import/export operations
● Arrangements with logistics companies
● Inventory management
● Issuance of invoices and payment confirmation
● Database management
● Communication with suppliers and customers
Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:
● Some experience in back-office operations related to import/export
● Excel skills (IF functions and pivot tables are a plus)
● Business level English
● German language skills will be desirable
