Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Origify's market share.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries (luxury goods, industrial traceability, high-security printing, and medical).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Origify.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and refine product offerings.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue, providing regular updates to management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Represent Bosch Secure Authentication GmbH at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies and best practices.
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and report on sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the luxury goods or one of the other target industries and selling SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
