Your Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts. You'll also optimize marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Sales – Develop new wholesale and key account customers and strengthen existing relationships
  2. Marketing & Campaigns – Optimize paid and organic campaigns for engagement and conversion
  3. Customer Engagement – Develop tailored campaigns and provide strategic solutions

What You Bring:

  1. Fluent German (native or bilingual) and min B1 English proficiency
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (preferably in FMCG)
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM tools (D365, Power BI, HubSpot)
  4. Strong sales and account management skills with an existing industry network (preferred)
  5. Strategic thinking, resilience, and an independent, goal-driven mindset

Work Setup & Perks:

Work Hours: 38.5 hours/week, flexible culture

Travel: Up to 20% (company pool cars available, potential for a company car)

Team: 32 members, reporting to the Head of Wholesale
