RTR Accountant for Lufthansa Cargo

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our Lufthansa Cargo RTR Team!

Facts

  • Location: Krakow
  • Employment level: Direct entry
  • Function: Finance / Accounting / Taxes
  • Working time: Full time

Tasks

  • Posting incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
  • Acting as a main point of contact for the suppliers within your responsibility and building a good relationship between the suppliers and our client
  • Monitoring and reconciling open positions on vendor, customer and G/L accounts
  • Booking accruals and monthly provisions
  • Reconciling Balance Sheet and Income Statement items between Group Companies
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Master/bachelor’s degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance
  • Confidence in speaking English, with professional oral and written communication skills
  • German language knowledge would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus

  • Systematic work approach with quick and efficient response to clients and suppliers
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset for working with high volume data
