Project One One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, which are supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team consisting of more than 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work in the project to achieve this goal.
The holder of this position is supposed to drive the application of Intersnack’s ONE template – consisting of business processes and the enabling Infor-based IT solution – across all countries and organisations of the Intersnack Group by applying the technical standards to the highest possible degree.
The Rollout Architect will support the Rollout team with technical expertise on the solution stack to implement the template with as few localisations as possible. He will assess the need for change in terms of validity and technical feasibility. He will also support to identify solutions on local requirements making use of the current template standards. To support timely go-lives the holder of this position will drive the definition of workarounds, which he will then resolve in a Post-Go Live phase prior to the closure of the project.
He will work closely with the central Architect team to ensure that all technical standards are met. He is also the key driver to define and defend the scope of the rollout project jointly with the Project Manager, the local start-up manager as well as the central rollout team and the local implementation leads.
The Rollout Architect will support the rollout managers to write functional specifications for required changes to the template and later enhance these with the required technical elements to ensure that the developer will deliver the desired outcome.
Furthermore, the rollout Architect will identify technical limitations of the template and address them with the correct central teams in order to get them resolved.
You lead and deliver the scope of rollouts, with a clear aim to limit the number of localisations across the Intersnack Group. Within that assigned scope:
The holders of this position will define, apply and continuously improve the realisation approach in line with the overall programme’s guidelines and in agreement with the Programme Architect and the central architect team – fulfilling the overall programme target.
University degree in Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration – or similar experience.
Approx. 8 to 15 years work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting. FMCG (ideally food) experience is a plus. 5+ years experience with CloudSuite Food & Bev.
IT or architecture related qualifications such as TOGAF or ITIL would be desirable.
Willing to travel – expected level of travel of this position is 80% / week.
