About the role

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our Business Development, Sales and CSM team by rebuilding and updating sales collateral, training the team, and implementing a content management system. Your focus will be on aligning all materials with our people development strategy, ensuring consistency, and addressing customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a truly global, dynamic team and positively impact the future of Speexx from day one.

What You'll Do :

  1. Rebuild Sales Collateral :
    • Align all collateral with our people development positioning.
    • Ensure materials are visually appealing, easy to read, and concise, using consistent language and layout aligned with our corporate identity.
    • Focus on customer needs and value drivers from a buyer persona perspective, incorporating customer stories and insights from other customer projects.
    • Create and roll out a comprehensive sales playbook to improve sales performance.
    • Obviously, you will do the above with the support of our marketing team, but you will be accountable for getting the job done.
  2. Update Speexx Academy Content :
    • Remove outdated content and update all Speexx Academy materials to reflect the new positioning.
    • Ensure all onboarding content is updated and aligned with the new collateral.
  3. Train Revenue Teams :
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate revenue teams on the use of new content and the people development pitch.
    • Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
  4. Resource Management :
    • Manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility.
    • Propose and implement a CMS where all collateral is stored centrally.
    • Establish a content governance model to keep documents up to date and aligned with the overall strategy.
    • Implement data-driven tracking to monitor document usage and effectiveness.
  5. Coaching Sales Conversations : Utilize call monitoring tools to observe sales calls and provide instant feedback to the team.
  6. Measurement and Adaptation : Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and continuously adapt and improve sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Background : Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field. In addition, experience in an enterprise sales rep role with individual sales quota.
  • Sales acumen : Understands the needs of enterprise customers and has experience drafting value propositions and other sales collateral. Strong understanding of sales processes and tools.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. Excellent writing skills, ability to bring down lots of information to an easy-to-read message that captures the core.
  • Hands-on Achiever : A solution-oriented leader with a proactive, hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker : Analytical and data-driven in making informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and collaboration abilities, excelling in multicultural team settings to guide teams toward shared goals.
