Analyze together with the CRM Team the Customer Service Barometer.
Review existing CS processes and create a consistent global Retail Customer Service Experience.
Identify further opportunities and propose initiatives to strengthen the global Retail Customer Service Experience through implementing customer service reporting and KPIs.
Support the Digital and Business Transformation teams with the roll-out of Pre-Approval Services and/or Online Customer Services (eCS such as “estimate your service”...) worldwide.
Identify Customer Training opportunities and collaborate with the Akademie Team to develop Customer Service Training Modules.
B. GLOBAL RETAIL PROJECTS
Facilitate the implementation of global Retail tools (CRM aiming to optimize retail operations, client journeys, and customer insights).
Participate in global project rollouts, collect business needs and communicate them to the key project stakeholders.
Initiate a training/change management program for worldwide retail teams.
C. CLIENT EVENTS
Participate in customer journey planning & delivery for international client events.
Provide commercial support during international client events.

PROFILE:
5+ years of experience in Retail Project Management & Operations, ideally in the luxury sector.
Experience working in corporate environments and being part of local project teams.
Proactive team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent command of English and ideally German; any other languages would be a plus.
Willing to travel up to 30% of working time.
