At BOLIA, we are on an exciting journey of expanding our brand and presence in Central and South Europe. To drive this growth, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Country Manager to lead our stores and teams to new heights.

Location: Wherever you are, as long as there’s an airport nearby. Preferably in Germany, France, Belgium, or Spain. And as long as you don’t mind traveling 3-4 days a week.

Your Mission

1. Manage and develop 8-14 BOLIA stores, making them shine like they belong on the cover of our latest lookbook.
2. Travel across your region like a retail rockstar.
3. Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers, ensuring a high-performing team culture.
4. Recruit, onboard and train managers who embody BOLIA’s values and DNA.
5. Deliver and execute ambitious sales and operational goals and celebrate when you crush them.

Your Tasks

1. Develop plans, set goals, and track results, so you always stay ahead of the game.
2. Optimize stock, cash flow and efficiency with a structured and analytical approach.

Must-Have Superpowers

1. Outstanding leadership and communication skills (reading minds is optional, but always a plus).
2. A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every store looks like it belongs in a BOLIA lookbook.
3. Confidence in IT systems – or at least the ability to make it look that way.

What Do We Need From You

1. At least 5 years of work experience in retail management.
2. Very good English and native-level German language skills.
3. Extensive experience in leadership and people management.
4. A deep knowledge and insight into the market and competitors in the furniture industry.
5. Strong natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes, and systems.
6. The ability to communicate effectively on all levels, influence, manage stakeholders, and drive inter-collaboration.
7. A genuine interest in design and home furnishing, you live and breathe beautiful interiors.

You will report directly to our Head of International Sales.
