This position is for 3 days (24 hours) per week on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

• Be a brand ambassador in the store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines that align with the brand image & DNA.
• Build the business by creating a loyal customer base.
• Establish strong relationships with staff & management, and thus with the retailer.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Respect retailer processes/guidelines and maintain confidentiality of internal information.
• Training & development: On-the-job training as well as international training with the Hourglass Cosmetics Education Team.

• Luxury retailer experience preferred.
• Exceptional makeup artistry skills.
