Restaurant Manager

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in Denver! The ideal restaurant manager should be a passionate and qualified leader who prioritizes excellent guest service, effective team management, and excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivering exceptional guest service that exceeds our high standards.
2. Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest needs.
3. Collaborating with the General Manager on recruiting and hiring hourly team members.
4. Motivating and inspiring the team to strive for excellence.
5. Embodying our commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Salary: up to $70,000

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3+ years of current experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Full Service or Upscale Casual concept.
2. High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year.
3. Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
6. Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
7. Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
