Responsibilities
Management and organization of the restaurant business, including wine shop
Ensuring an excellent guest service and experience
Planning and implementation of events and wine evenings
Management and training of the service team
Collaboration with the kitchen to develop and implement seasonal menus
Responsibility for compliance with hygiene standards and legal requirements
Inventory management and ordering of goods
Maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners
Qualifications
Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
Several years of experience in a managerial position in the restaurant or hotel sector
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for wine and cuisine
High level of service orientation and quality awareness
Organizational skills and the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of viticulture and regional products an advantage
