We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Head with a passion for Indian cuisine to oversee daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service. This role requires effective teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, previous experience in restaurant management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role:

1. Oversees daily operations of the Indian restaurant
2. Ensures high-quality food and service standards
3. Manages staff effectively, promoting a positive work environment
4. Maintains inventory control, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels

About You:

1. Possess extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
2. Have previous experience in restaurant management, preferably with an Indian restaurant
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, inspiring and motivating your team
4. Be able to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in stressful situations
