Atflair.hr, we're building the missing native HR platform on Salesforce which enables our customers to focus on their employees and spend less time on routine tasks.

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial person who is open to the different challenges of early startup life, willing to learn together with our team and grow with the company. Positive energy and a positive approach to problems are essential.

Responsibilities

1. You design templates for campaigns and social media, etc.
2. You improve our current designs and conceptualise new ones (websites, app screens, icons, etc).
3. You create aesthetic product and business presentations.

Requirements

1. You have a proven ability to propose creative concepts.
2. You have good knowledge of UX/UI design.
3. You have strong skills with Figma and/or Adobe Suite.
4. You have the capacity to design banners, newsletters, social media content.
5. You have good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus.
