Responsibilities

• Support R&D engineers with recurring tasks such as:
• Technical specification and memo submission (tooling and wording)
• Technical presentation creation (tooling and visual presentation)
• Creation of internal and external documentation (Confluence, OneNote, MS-Office)
• Support R&D Project Manager with recurring tasks
• Manage procurement requests including finding best price options
• Manage travel requests and expense reporting
• Manage team meetings and team events
• Track expenses for external employees
• Introduce state-of-the-art tools for R&D operation, including AI methods

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related fields) or equivalent professional education and experience
• Solid experience in an engineering environment
• Expert skills with MS-Office
• A self-driven, pro-active working method characterized by strong problem solving
• Strong and professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Open-minded team worker valuing collaboration in an international team
• Proficient German and English language skills (C2 level)
• Living close to Campeon and preferring to work onsite
