Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager’s responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management and informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

A successful regional sales manager should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional regional sales manager should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Must be organized, utilizing administration skills to preplan schedules and sales trips to see customers before making the trips.
  2. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  3. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  4. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  5. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  6. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales within NetSuite (or other company software).
  7. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  8. Keeping alongside of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
  9. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  10. Manage travel expenses to reflect the Integrity Corporate Credit Card Policy usage.
  11. Must represent Integrity Fusion Products in a professional manner when on the road or office.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years relevant sales experience.
  2. Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  4. Experience forecasting sales and building customer base.

Working Conditions

This position operates in a manufacturing facility where employees are exposed to various environmental factors, including but not limited to noise, dust, odors, and temperature fluctuations. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas. The company prioritizes employee safety and maintains strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, employees must remain vigilant and follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
