We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region, based in Southern Germany, to join a world-class manufacturer of high-precision automation and control products.
This is a key role in a small but fast-growing European team, where your decisions matter, and you’ll have the autonomy to grow the market as you see fit — backed by global expertise and financial strength.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Development & Expansion – Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Sales of Precision Technology – Promote and sell a unique portfolio of in-house designed and manufactured products — pressure sensors, flowmeters, valves, and more.
- Full Cycle Sales Management – From identifying new opportunities to closing deals, with support from internal technical teams.
- Market Strategy & Growth – Help define regional sales strategies and identify opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
What You Bring:
- Background in technical sales (preferably in semiconductors, automation, or industrial process control).
- Solid knowledge of pressure measurement systems or flow technology is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- A self-starter who enjoys ownership and shaping new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills — capable of managing both technical and commercial discussions.
