The Role
The product team is composed of professionals who share a passion for building a world-class digital product. We gather user requirements, define and refine the scope of features, prioritise and reprioritise constantly, and execute right the way through to product delivery.
As a Regional Product Manager - Germany, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Commercial and Technical functions, helping to drive SaaS revenue growth in our German market. You will be responsible for deeply understanding client needs, identifying product gaps, and crafting tailored solutions to drive successful deal closures and the continuous refinement of our product-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their challenges, while identifying tailored solutions and potential product gaps
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations with prospect customers, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and clearly articulate the product capabilities to various client stakeholders
- Set up and facilitate a customer advisory board, to understand collective challenges, foster collaboration and identify product gaps
- Conduct compelling client workshops to understand business processes and optimisation opportunities, as well as use case gaps within the product
- Turn ad-hoc and incomplete inputs, feedback and data points from clients into actionable product insights
- Write product specifications and acceptance criteria that guide software development processes
- Work with designers and software engineers to execute and deliver new features from conception to deployment
- Support onboarding efforts by ensuring seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation teams, including supporting the scoping of integration requirements with third-party systems
- Continually test and validate our solutions to improve product-market fit
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate complex client needs into clear, functional solutions and detailed product requirements
- Ability to prioritise for business impact among competing needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive client-facing discussions and requirement gathering
- Ability to work cross-functionally, fostering collaboration between teams
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager, Solutions Consultant, Onboarding & Implementation Manager or similar role
- Relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role - preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience in scoping and understanding complex integrations between SaaS systems is advantageous
- Experience in conducting market research, client workshops, product demonstrations and articulating product requirements
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
