These are your tasks:
The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) plans, develops and orchestrates our marketing activities in our Central Europe Sales region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Nordics, CEE) and manages on a technical basis one working student.
Orchestration and implementation of regional marketing campaigns (online and offline) as well as best practice sharing and exchange with other regions.
Managing regional CRM/Salesforce campaigns, Email-Marketing and KPI tracking.
Planning, creation and adaptation of marketing materials (e.g. video references, sales brochures, campaigns, exhibition booths) for the region aligned with Corporate Identity/Design.
Creation of the exhibitions and trade fair planning for the region, orchestration and implementation together with service providers, SBUs and sales team.
Planning and management of the regional marketing budget and success control.
Who we are looking for:
Completed studies with a focus on marketing and communication or a corresponding commercial apprenticeship, as well as several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or in a technical environment.
Very good knowledge of the modern and digital marketing mix.
Experience in the planning and implementation of trade fairs/conventions.
Organizational talent, planning skills and commitment in a team.
Very good knowledge of German and English. Another European foreign language is a plus.
