Renesasis seeking an experienced, motivated Regional Marketing Manager with proven skills who will be responsible for business development into our regional customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize Renesas business in the assigned region/customer base.
- Detailed understanding of the customer base and Microcontroller TAM/SAM in the assigned region.
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies, prioritize on customers, decide on customer support.
- Drive demand creation and execute strategy to increase Renesas market share in assigned region/customer base.
- Secure Renesas relationship to all levels of both assigned customers and with the Account Managers.
- Identify new opportunities and apply disciplined Funnel Management both directly and indirectly.
- Work seamlessly with Regional Sales Team and BU internal to ensure Renesas Microcontrollers are included in all customer programs.
- Ensure accurate customer forecast information is generated for the Renesas Microcontroller Product Portfolio.
- Hold regular account/business reviews with assigned customers and branch offices, to ensure we are aligned to meet the agreed targets.
- Identify competition behavior in the customer base. Identify and execute strategic plans to counter competition.
- Provide regular feedback on Market information, Customer status and business opportunities.
- Utilize Renesas tools to ensure required reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in other related field considered if work experience and track record, and existing relationships meet expectation.
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry preferable for Microcontroller.
- Sound experience in technology sales, ideally to automotive accounts.
- Self-motivating and taking initiative.
- Good communication as well as presentation skills.
- Good project management and organization skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good commercial skills (business acumen).
