Regional Managing Director

QLM Search is partnering a US PE Fund that requires a Regional Managing Director to lead a buy and build strategy in the Food Manufacturing sector across the DACH region.

Reporting to the Investment Board, this role has a clear mandate to lead a growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business, with full accountability for all aspects of the P&L.
• Leverage deep commercial and P&L management expertise from a mid-size food company to drive critical strategic decisions to deliver value creation.
• Develop and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, optimize margin, growth, and NPD opportunities across all key channels.
• Create a Lean operating culture, adding value and removing waste to ensure the future competitive advantage of the organization.
• Drive a high-performing supply chain organization that supports the growth and success of the business as it grows both organically and via acquisition.

To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of operating as a Managing Director / CEO for a PE-backed food or dairy manufacturing business.

You will have a strong reputation and network, complemented by your ability to build high-performing teams.
