Receptionist (m/f/d) - part-time

to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Frankfurt.

Your tasks:

1. Enthusiastically welcome colleagues and guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
2. Engage visitors, colleagues, and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner.
3. Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
4. Act as a central point of contact, providing information and wayfinding for the location, services, and activities.
5. Be aware of all activities happening in your location.
6. Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standards.
7. Execute the badging process for colleagues, visitors, and third-party providers, ensuring security policies and processes are followed at all times.
8. Implement and monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations.
9. Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions.
10. Collaborate with all services within the facility and work with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
11. Work across teams to proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, to anticipate and address concerns, and to ensure operations without incident.
12. Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems.
13. Identify potential risks and escalate, as appropriate, to ensure no privacy breach, security incident or disruption to the operations occur.
14. Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support as required.

Your profile:

1. Minimum 1- 2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience.
2. People Person: The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
3. Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities.
4. Excellent Communicator: Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate professionally through the spoken and written word. Fluency in German and English required.
5. Knows how to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy.
6. Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
8. Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages.
