Quality Manager / Supervisor

We're hiring a Quality Manager / Supervisor to support performance documentation and quality control across major infrastructure projects in Germany. If you're a hands-on technical mind with a background in drainage, piping, or civil works this could be your next step.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background as Abrechner, Zeichner or Bauabrechner, to take on more responsibility in quality assurance and BIM environments.

About the Role

You'll ensure the highest quality standards are met during the execution of large-scale civil projects, including 36 km of drainage and piping works. You'll work directly with construction teams and planners to document, verify, and supervise performance in line with regulatory and contract-specific requirements.

Your Tasks

• Manage and verify construction-related quality documentation.
• Track performance records and compliance based on contractual and legal standards.
• Prepare and coordinate inspection / testing documentation (using MS Office or project databases).
• Conduct quality checks on civil works, especially relating to piping, drainage, pavements.
• Collaborate with engineering and on-site teams to ensure execution accuracy.
• Work with BIM systems for quality and documentation control.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, quality control, or site documentation.
• Hands-on understanding of how infrastructure elements like pipes, drainage, and pavements are built.
• Familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.
• Comfortable with construction-related verification and quality supervision.
• No degree required—what matters is your practical knowledge and ability to deliver.
• German at B1 level or higher
