Job description
Tasks
Carrying out quality tests — independent inspection, initial sample testing and functional tests on individual parts and assemblies
Creating documentation — preparing the necessary delivery and quality documentation in accordance with specifications
Processing quality reports — recording and tracking complaints and deriving suitable measures
Tracking measures — ensuring containment, corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
Production support — rapid response to quality problems to ensure smooth production processes and avoidance of foreign body damage
Operational Surveillance — monitoring employees, products and processes within the scope of assigned tasks
Coaching & support — technical support and supervision of production employees with L1/L2 delegation
Quality-oriented work — active contribution to the continuous improvement of product quality and compliance with internal standards
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training with additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and quality assurance
Practical experience in dealing with quality processes, test methods and documentation
Confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction documents
Understanding of production-related processes and quality assurance in a technical environment
In-depth user knowledge of MS Office, SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace (G-Suite)
Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
