Für ein internationales Team suchen wir langfristig Unterstützung in der Python Entwicklung speziell im Google Cloud Umfeld.

Aufgrund der internationalen Zusammenarbeit suchen wir hier auf Englisch.

Start: December or January

Location: Mainly remote (monthly meetings in Cologne, maybe once a year travel to Kiel or Malaga team)

Working Language: English

Period: Minimum 12 months - extension up to 18 months, fulltime (40h/week)

Contract type: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung / employee lease

Description:

The team Customer Data is responsible for a customer data platform which consolidates data from marketing data sources and prepares the data for activation in different marketing channels (e.g. social media). Furthermore, the data is used for analytical purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. As part of the working team, you are responsible to maintain and extend our customer data platform based on different GCP services (e.g. Dataflow, Cloud Functions). The platform development is based on Python and Terraform, furthermore you will work with SQL related technologies like Google Big Query and Snowflake.
2. Design, programming, unit-testing (Pytest), quality assurance and documentation.
3. Code responsibility from the very beginning until production environment.
4. Work closely together in an agile team with members located in Germany and Spain.

Requirements:

1. Degree in computer science or comparable training.
2. Several years of Python programming experience.
3. Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferred: GCP).
4. Experience using version control (GIT), software development, Kafka /Pub Sub and Docker.
5. Experience using Apache Beam / Dataflow.
6. Interest or experience in being part of agile teams (Scrum).
7. Verbal and written skills in English, additional German is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of Clean code principles.

1. Cloud Build, Terraform, Java, Snowflake.
